❣Personality:
   *Kind. Treats people with kindness no matter their social background or appearance. Tries to understand, rather than judging by whatever standards.
   *Curious. Is overall interested in many things, so acts friendly towards anyone, who approaches, as they can probably tell him something interesting.
   *Active and cheerful. Likes to move around freely and is happy about simple things.
   *Self-conscious. Although Eliot is by no means shy, he takes things others say about him seriously. So might get sad, when hears others badmouthing him, or overly happy about praises.
   *Can't take it being alone. Has problems falling asleep, if is alone in a room and gets very scared if there is no one in the house except him. In such cases, he either leaves the place and seeks places with people around, or if unable to do so, hides somewhere and cries, feeling as if he had been abandoned.
   *Clingy. Get to know him a bit better, praise him about something or show kindness and that's it - you'll get glomped most of the time.
   *Occasional alcoholic. As - he has a collection of liquor bottles under his bed and whenever a problem appears he takes a friend and gets drunk. Thinks about the solution the next morning, when most hurts/angers etc. are gone. Never drinks alone, though.

❣History:
   Eliot was born in a family of musicians, so even before learning how to speak or write, he had to learn singing and playing an instrument. He did so with joy. He had an elder sister playing cello, and a brother playing contrabass. Mother was playing flute and father - piano. They often came together and played music without any sheets as they turned their feelings into a single symphony, adding up to each other. Those days were happy and filled with joy, until one day everyone except Eliot left the home to go to an opera performance late at night, saying he can't go, because he's too small. They never returned.
   Eliot was a kid without any relatives or people to care for him. In his childish mind he saw it, as everyone had abandoned him. He left home and started wandering around - being a child of the crowd. Sleeping in parks together with homeless people, singing on the streets to get some food, and so, he lived for a long time until Madam Bleu from the 'Dream cabaret' took him in.
   'Dream cabaret' is a curious place, as it promises to grant your dream for a single night. You go in, tell madam about your dream and pay the price for seeing it - it can be ranged from nothing, to vast treasures, yet no one can tell, how Madam evaluates. Then You go into a round distinguishably colored room, and on the table you will see a carafe filled with an liquid the same color as the room and a singer will pour it into a Christal glass. You then need to drink it, and the singer will start to sing. Then you will see your dream, as if it was real.
   Dreams can have all sorts of shades and colors and so are the Cabaret singers. Each on them represent a different kind of dream - passionate, happy, sad, scary, exciting...too many to name.
   Eliot wears blue, as he represents an impossible dream. Things, that are impossible to attain, no matter how hard you try or what you do.

❣Additional info:
   ^Eliot loves Madam Bleu the most, as she saved him from being alone. He has fairly good relationship with most of the cabaret singers, except the Red one, the singer of passionate dreams - black, long hair, red clothing in the same style and ears of a black cat. They can't seem to get along no matter what.
   ^The Dream cabaret is always open, cause performers rarely all sleep at the same time. When no one is there to buy a dream, the dream cabaret works like a simple bar, where people hang out and drink or eat something, while someone is performing on the stage.

3'11...yeah, my cats tend to be pretty short too

Oddly, my first one ever in an RP was also a white one...I was almost worried someone would find that too cliche, because (well, if you go off mainstream anime, anyway

) white haired characters were EVERYWHERE. Luckily I invested a lot in his personality and backstory to make him his own.

I like Eliot's attire, it seems fit for dry, hot climates and the colors go well together.
